John joined us as a senior property manager in July 2020. John brought has extensive experience in managing properties across both the private and public sector and is a very welcome new member of the team.

His experience spans the last ten years, and includes; Building Maintenance, Asset Management, Property Management – Social Rent/Market Rent/Shared Ownership & Leasehold, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Services.

He believes that property management is a ‘people’s business’ and more and more the role of the property manager is evolving to reflect this, moving from a focus on managing buildings to managing experiences, from managing service charges to managing customers.

It is a pleasure to have him onboard.
